My experiences as a Marine, tech executive, non-profit leader and father of six have allowed my perspectives to evolve dramatically over time. As a result, my intent has sharpened.
I share these lessons with leaders at every level to help them G.A.I.N. leverage in their roles, using their perspectives and those of their team.

Meet Brian
The Marine Corps taught me leadership, commitment, fierce courage, and the deep meaning of honor.

Being a tech entrepreneur requires raw grit and demands resilience, determination and perseverance.

While a nonprofit CEO, humility and a deep respect for philanthropic endeavors came to bear. I'm also an author, father of six and a former Sherpa. These are lifelong leadership development lessons that have been monumental, with lasting impact.
These experiences forged my perspective on being an intentional leader and taught me to be deliberate in thought and action.

I carry and apply these invaluable lessons daily. This is why I speak to leaders at all levels. My goal is to inspire others to embrace their perspectives, continue to learn and become intentional in their leadership.
When I am not speaking you can find me in Miami with my bride and family. I look forward to connecting and being a part of your next event so we can G.A.I.N. together.

"It was a great meeting! Thank you so very much. Appreciate these resources...I couldn’t take notes fast enough. I noticed the CEO of the Aeronautics Division attended as well as MassDOT’s CFO. Impressive that they took time to come to your event."
